Kingsmere Villa – Meadows Country Club Photography

For this project, I photographed and filmed a charming 2-bedroom,
2-bathroom villa
in the highly desired Kingsmere community at the Meadows Country Club. The goal was to capture not only the villa’s warm interior but also its stunning golf course views and natural surroundings through a mix of interior, exterior, and aerial photography.

Inside, I highlighted the upgraded kitchen with quartz countertops, modern flooring, and cozy dining area using wide, balanced shots that showcase the home’s bright and open feel. The living spaces, screened lanai, and private front porch were photographed to emphasize their comfort and connection to outdoor living.

The property’s lanai sunsets and sweeping golf course views were a focal point of the shoot. To capture these perspectives, I combined ground-level photography with drone footage, providing a cinematic overview of the home’s setting within the Meadows Country Club community.

The drone imagery also allowed me to showcase the surrounding landscape—from the golf greens and tree-lined trails to the community amenities and proximity to Nathan Benderson Park and University Town Center. This contextual perspective helps potential buyers visualize the villa as part of a larger lifestyle experience.

The Meadows offers extensive trails, lakes, and recreational spaces, and optional memberships open access to three golf courses, 17 tennis courts, a pool, and a fitness center. My photography aimed to reflect not just the villa itself, but the balance of tranquility and convenience it offers—just minutes from downtown Sarasota, beaches, and the new Mote Marine Aquarium.

02. The Process

This project combined architectural, lifestyle, and aerial photography to tell a complete story of the property and its vibrant surroundings.

I took photos, videos and aerial shots and created a professional, promotional video reel for the listing agent.
