This project captured a stunning waterfront home in the Hidden Lagoon community, featuring Gulf access, a private pool, and a boat dock with lift. The home’s modern luxury finishes—including stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, hurricane-impact windows, and high ceilings—were showcased to highlight both elegance and Florida lifestyle.

The residence features 3 bedrooms, an office, and 2 bathrooms, with an open-concept living area that flows seamlessly into the outdoor spaces. I focused on the interior’s natural light, spacious layout, and contemporary finishes, while also capturing the serene water views and lush landscaping that make this property a private oasis.

The outdoor amenities—pool, covered patio, and waterfront dock—were key elements of the shoot. I emphasized them using daylight photography, night shots with dramatic lighting, and aerial drone footage to provide a complete view of the home and its surroundings.

To further engage viewers, I created an Instagram Reel (featured on the project page) that combines cinematic interior shots, aerial views, and lifestyle context, bringing the full experience of Florida waterfront living to life.

02. The Process

Beyond the property itself, I included contextual details about its location—just minutes from downtown Bradenton, the Gulf beaches, IMG Academy, and Sarasota—to give viewers a sense of place and lifestyle.

This shoot combined architectural detail with lifestyle context, ensuring the property’s best qualities were presented in a way that resonates with both Realtors and potential buyers.
