North River Ranch – Riverfield Community Home Photography Project
This project took place in the gated Riverfield section of North River Ranch, where I photographed a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence designed for modern Florida living. My goal was to capture both the home’s inviting interiors and its connection to the serene natural surroundings.
Inside, I highlighted the open layout that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Using wide, bright compositions, I emphasized the abundant natural light and the home’s welcoming flow—ideal for gatherings and family life.
The backyard offers a peaceful retreat with views of a tranquil pond, which I captured through both ground-level photography and aerial drone footage, showing the property in context with its lush, community setting.
North River Ranch is known for its green spaces, trails, and amenities, and I aimed to highlight this lifestyle through photography and aerial perspectives. Its location near US-301 and I-75 places residents within easy reach of Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, and Gulf Coast beaches—context I integrated into the project’s storytelling.
02. The Process
To bring the project together, I also created a promotional reel, combining interior shots, lifestyle details, and cinematic aerial views. This provided the Realtor with a polished, engaging way to showcase the property across digital platforms.
This shoot blended interior photography, aerial imagery, and video editing to create a comprehensive portfolio piece that captures not only the home but also the lifestyle and community it represents.
